VIDEO SPOTLIGHT: BLACK AND YELLOW BY WIZ KHALIFA

Aight, so the video for “Black and Yellow” may stand out a bit on this site. Sure, it’s the same, fresh Young Khalifa we’ve espoused before, but now that he’s back on a major label (Atlantic, to be specific), there may be some question about just how “cool and progressive” he can really be.

Well when you’re the crown Prince of Pittsburgh, you can have Wall Street stock brokers bumpin’ your ish, for all his grassroots audience cares.

Wiz never amazed anyone with music videos in the first place, and this one is no different; some generic shots of his whole block reppin’ the Taylor Gang, Wiz just pickin’ his hair and showin’ off his tats. Nothing groundbreakin’ here. But then, swag doesn’t have to be groundbreakin’ too impress.

The song is dope; Wiz is clearly on his A-game when it comes to reppin’ the Steel City. Whether you’re in Pennsylvania or on the opposite coast, bump this and bang the Taylor Gang.
